: The ethics committee of Ferdowsi University of Mashhad approved the study procedures (IR/11/09/1400). All aspects of the research involving human participants adhered to the ethical standards set by the National Research Committee, the Helsinki Declaration of 1964, subsequent revisions, or equivalent ethical guidelines. Participation in the study was voluntary, and respondents had the option to choose whether to participate and provide information, as well as the right to withdraw at any time. Questionnaires were completed anonymously. Written informed consent was obtained from participants before their involvement in the survey, except for psychotic patients, whose families or legal guardians granted consent on their behalf.
