: The study has been approved by the medical ethics committee of the Ruhr-University Bochum, Germany (registration number 17–6140-BR). The trial will be conducted according to the principles of ICH-GCP and appropriate legal regulations. Professional Code for Physicians in Germany and Declaration of Helsinki in its actual version will be adhered to.
