: JG is the head of STAD (Stockholm prevents alcohol- and drug problems) since 2014 and has been working at STAD since 1999. JG leads a research group at Karolinska Institutet at the Department of Clinical Neuroscience and both TE and KF are members of this group. She has initiated, several community-based interventions to prevent alcohol- and drug problems in several different settings.TE has been working at STAD since 2009 and has mainly been initiating projects helping children of parents with alcohol abuse. Both TE and JG are leading the projects ‘STAD in Europe’ and ‘Football without drunkenness’ amongst others.KF joined STAD in 2017 and is doing a postdoc studying alcohol- and drug use in the nightlife. Together with JG and TE, KF is involved in the European project ‘Alama nightlife’ that investigates drug use among visitors of EDM events.
: This study was approved by the Regional Ethical Review Board in Stockholm (Registration number: 2017/1207–32). Participants gave oral consent to anonymously participate in the study. Since it was vital to maintain anonymity and confidentiality, no signatures were required from the participants for the informed consent process.
