:
: Before undertaking the study, an ethical approval letter was obtained from the Institutional Ethical Review Board of Adama Hospital Medical College. Then, this ethical approval letter and a letter of cooperation were submitted to regional/zonal/woreda health offices and selected health facilities. Before data collection, the interviewers were obtained verbal consent from all subjects through a structured information sheet. The study subjects were autonomous in terms of participation in the study and were free to terminate the interview in the process of data collection. The data were collected without using any unique identifier of study participants and were anonymous to analysts. Since the study design is merely observational, participants acquired no risk due to participating in the study.
