Ethics approval and consent to participate
: Ethical approval was obtained from the Deakin University Human Ethics Research Committee (HEAG-H 41_2018) and formal approval was granted from the ISBNPA Executive Committee. On commencing the focus groups and on the first screen of the online survey prior to taking part, participants were provided with a plain language statement detailing information about the study and were asked to provide written (focus groups) and/or online consent (survey).
