: The study is part of the Innovations to Address Rampant Vaccine Failures, Shortages and Low Uptake for Sustainable Livestock Disease Control and Productivity in Uganda, approved by Uganda national council for science and technology, registration number A136ES with recommendation from the School of Veterinary Medicine and Animal Resources, College of veterinary medicine and animal resources and Biosecurity, Makerere University (SVAR-IRB) #SVAR-IACUC/71/2021. Methods employed in the study are in accordance with ARRIVE guidelines and carried out in accordance with relevant guidelines and regulations for Uganda.
