Ethics approval and consent to participate
: The study was approved by the Research Review Technical Ethical Committee of Menelik II Health Science College (RRTEC). Meanwhile the technical ethics committee approved the procedure for verbal consent and during this study written consent was not necessary because most of the women are not capable in reading and writing. All the respondents verbal consent response kept in the individual interview questioner in the beginning page and the data collector approved (through signature) for taking verbal consent for the study. Informed verbal consent was requested for each of the respondents, and the right to refuse to respond to any of the questions or refusal of participation was respected. The health managers and coordinators received a letter from the Addis Ababa City Administration Health Bureau requesting cooperative participation with some of the relevant subordinates under the offices and the community.
