: Approval by a research ethics committee was not necessary under Dutch law, as it comprised a study in which persons are not subjected to actions or rules of conduct.Employees were invited to participate in this study by their employer through a standard email message including the link to the online questionnaire. This email contained information that the data provided by the respondents in this questionnaire will be used for research purposes, and will not be used in a manner which would allow identification of individual responses. By filling in the questionnaire, employees consented.
