: Informed consent was obtained from all subjects. The participants were informed that answering the questionnaire was voluntary, and that consent could be withdrawn any time without negative consequences for the participants. The study was designed, planned, and performed as per the national ethics regulations and the Declaration of Helsinki [CitationRef removed]. According to Swedish law, no ethics approval is needed when health care professionals are asked to participate in a study on work-related matters [CitationRef removed]. The study furthermore adheres to the Strengthening the Reporting of Observational Studies in the Epidemiology (STROBE) checklist [CitationRef removed]. The main researcher of this paper is a CCRN, and therefore have own experiences of working with ANES. In order to retain potential bias continuous discussions within the research group where conducted and reflexive memos during the data analysis process was used.
