: The study was registered and approved by the Danish Protection Agency, Region Sjaelland, Sorø, Denmark, file number REG-113-2014, and approved by the Danish National Committee on Health Research Ethics, Region Sjaelland Denmark, file number SJ-431. Prior to the interviews and before the participants signed the written consent form, the participants were given verbal and written information about the study. Written <b>informed</b> consent was obtained from the parents before their participation. To create an environment as beneficial as possible for the participants, the participants themselves chose the time and place for the interviews. Participation was voluntary and could be interrupted at any time without the participants having to give a reason and without any consequences. The participants were guaranteed confidentiality; i.e., the collected data were encoded so that individuals could not be identified. Anonymized transcription and reporting were used to ensure the anonymity of the mothers and fathers. Data were stored on external hard drives in locked cabinets.
