Ethics approval and consent to participate
: The Arnhem-Nijmegen Medical Research Ethics Committee (2017–3623) ruled that no formal ethics approval was required in this particular case. The committee decided that the study did not fall within the remit of the Medical Research Involving Human Subjects Act (Dutch: WMO) and had no objections to this study taking place.All participants were informed (verbally and in writing) about the study and signed an informed consent form. Participants’ anonymity was assured and they could withdraw from the study at any time.
