: The intervention development was conducted as Patient and Public Involvement work prior to the start of data collection for the BRIGHT trial (registration number ISRCTN12139369, 10/05/2017). The East of Scotland Research Ethics Committee provided ethical approval for the BRIGHT trial (REC reference: 17/ES/0096). Informed consent was obtained from students, parents and the youth forum members.
