: The Ministry of Health & Human Services of the Federal Republic of Somalia (reference: MOH&HS/DGO/0381/feb/2021) and the Research Ethics Committee of UCL (project ID: 4684/003) granted ethical approval for the study. The trial was registered on 3rd August, 2021 with ISRCTN (ISRCTN83172390). All methods were carried out in accordance with relevant research guidelines and regulations. Informed verbal consent was obtained from camp leaders in all IDP camps before starting data collection and informed verbal and written consent was also obtained from participants. We did get the caregivers’ consent. Such people normally are made to understand the study purposes in a local language and are asked sign the consent using thump prints.
