: After the study site was determined, we applied for ethical review to the Medical Ethics Committee of Jining Medical University. Based on the principle of protecting the privacy and informed consent rights of respondents, the Panel reviewed our ethical application in depth and detail and concluded unanimously that: (1) This study did not involve intervention and collection of human biological samples; (2) The questionnaire itself was filled in anonymously. (3) It was impossible to track individuals according to the data contained in the sample. Accordingly, the Panel agreed that data could be collected for the study with the oral consent of the respondents. The research team did follow a strict set of procedures for obtaining oral informed consent from individual participants throughout the information collection. Firstly, in the cover letter of the questionnaire, the purpose of the study and the protection of anonymity of their information were informed in detail in writing. Secondly, be sure to inform each participant that his/her participation is voluntary and anonymously protected before the on-site survey begins. Thirdly, each participant was also informed that he/she had the right to refuse and terminate participation during the survey.
