: The Executive Board of the Medical Ethics Committee of the Amsterdam UMC, location Academic Medical Center (AMC) decided that an extensive test of ethical and juridical aspects was not necessary (W18_355 # 18.405, dd. 13/11/2018), since the burden for participants was low and their psychological integrity was not at stake. Nevertheless, all procedures followed were in accordance with the ethical standards of the responsible committees on human experimentation (institutional and national) and with the 1964 Helsinki Declaration and its later amendments, or comparable ethical standards. Before they were included in the study, informed consent was obtained from all participants.
