Ethics approval and consent to participate
: Ethical approval was given by the Institutional Review Board of Jimma University (IRB) (Ref. No. JHRPGD/660/2019), and permission secured from all relevant offices. Informed verbal consent was obtained from each participant. The reason for verbal consent was due to the high illiteracy rate, which is impractical to obtain written consent from each study participant. The verbal consent was documented and witnessed by the third party. To maintain privacy and confidentiality, interviews and anthropometric measurents were conducted in private settings.
