Ethics approval and consent to participate
: Ethical approval was obtained from the University of Cape Coast Institutional Review Board (UCCIRB/CHLRB/2019/09). Besides, all community entry protocols were observed. In effect, some leaders (mainly chiefs) of the communities, as well as assemblymen in the selected communities were briefed about the purpose of the study and permission was obtained from them before the commencement of the fieldwork. Written informed consents were obtained from each participant before the interview. None of the participants was below age 16 and so written parental consent was not deemed necessary. However, oral permission was obtained from parents in the case of participants who are staying with parents.
