: Pennington Biomedical Research Center provided institutional review board and ethics approval. Written informed consent at the ECE was obtained through the director during a pre-observation visit. Parents provided written informed consent that allowed their child to wear the accelerometer and participate in height and weight assessment. Children were explained the study in a child-friendly manner and given the opportunity to refuse participation.
