Ethics approval and consent to participate
: Ethical assessment for the study plan was conducted by the Ethical Committee of the Helsinki University Hospital (HUS/1276/2017). The permission for the study (HUS/396/2018) was obtained from the Department of Psychiatry at the Helsinki University Hospital. The study followed appropriate ethical principles during the research process [CitationRef removed, CitationRef removed]. Eligible patients for cognitive debriefing and pilot testing received both oral and written information about the study. Information letters stated that study participation is voluntary and patient’s withdrawal from the study would not influence their care and treatment. All participants provided their written consent to participate. The ethical and medical capability of adult patients to consent for their participation was ensured and we did not envisage that the study would interfere with routine outpatient care.
