Ethics approval and consent to participate
: The study concerned anonymized monocentric data (Department of the Remote Health Centers) (CDPS) it was reviewed by the Cayenne Hospital Ethical Committee to ensure that it followed the recommendations of the Declaration of Helsinki and respected the three pillars of Ethics (beneficence, respect of persons, and justice) and then declared at the national authority the Commission Nationale Informatique et Libertés (CNIL N° 1996146). Informed consent to participate was given orally for the parents or legal guardians of any participating minors and oral assent was collected directly from those participants. For any other participants, informed oral consent was collected.
