: All procedures were performed in accordance with Helsinki declaration. Written informed consents were obtained from all patients to perform chemoradiotherapy. Given that this is a retrospective study, we did not obtain written informed consents from all patients to participate in this study. The present study was approved by the Institutional Review Board of Osaka University Hospital (reference number: 15247). All participants were provided opportunities to decline participation in the study prior to the present investigation.
