: The MOVING trial was conducted according to the principles of ICH-GCP, the declaration of Helsinki, and local laws and regulations. The study protocol was independently reviewed and approved by the locally responsible ethics board of the Senate of Berlin (registration number 12/0312). The trial was registered as EUDRA-CT 2011–004787-30 on October 26, 2012 and as NCT01647880 on July 24, 2012. Written informed consent was obtained from all participants before entering the study.
