All methods were carried out in accordance with the declaration of Helsinki ethical guidelines. Informed consent was obtained from all participants prior to participation in the study. Informed consent for all minors (participants below the age of 18 years) was obtained from their parents and/or their legal guardian(s) and assent was obtained from these minors. Informed consent for all illiterate participants was obtained from their legally acceptable representative (impartial witness). Only de-identified participant and household IDs are used to link all participant data, which is pseudonymzed throughout. The information is then maintained in secure locations or on computers that only authorized specific AMBSO data managers and editors have access to.
