Ethics approval and consent to participate
: Overall project approval was obtained from the University of Toronto Research Ethics Board (RIS- 35557).An Administrative Review of the Project was also conducted by Bruyère Continuing Care Research Ethics Board (M16–18-020).Written consent was received by all of the participants. The consent forms signed by the participants included a clause stating that due to the unique nature of the Seniors’ Campuses being identifiable to knowledgeable observers in the sector (e.g., organizational characteristics) we could not provide complete anonymity to respondents however, nothing participants stated would be ascribed specifically to them by name and where appropriate, subject matter would be reported in aggregate.
