: The study was conducted in accordance with the ethical standards set forth in the Helsinki Declaration (1983). All participants recruited in this study provided a verbal informed consent as the study did not change the usual clinical practice. The verbal informed consent was obtained from the patients themselves in the presence of a reliable caregiver who was usually a family member assisting in decision-making for medical issues. The consent to participate was recorded in patients’ digital files. The study and the consent procedure were approved by the Ethical Committee of Angers, France, N°1,408,714.
