: The study was approved by the Institutional Review Board of Hannover Medical School (MHH, approval number 3366-2016). After giving their written informed consent, each participant underwent a medical check-up to exclude active infections and an electrocardiogram in rest was evaluated by an experienced cardiologist to make sure that participants could join the exhaustion test.
