: The isolation of DC and CIK cells from these patients was approved by the ethics committee of the Chongqing Tumor Research Institution. All the patients or a legal representative signed informed consent forms. All the experiments were performed according to the National Institutes of Health Guide for Care and Use of Laboratory Animals (National Institutes of Health, Bethesda, MD, USA) and were approved by the Bioethics Committee of the Third Military Medical University.
